Discover LifePoint Community Church...
LifePoint Community Church exists to help people discover Jesus and walk alongside you on your journey. We understand life can be difficult and we believe by being a community we can support, care for, and grow together.
LifePoint Community Church is non-denominational which means we are not governed by a larger organization. We teach from the Bible and what it means to be a Jesus follower. We strive to be individuals and a church who love Jesus and love others.
A church for the unchurchy is what we're all about...
We don't pretend to have it all together but at LifePoint, you will not hear us talk the usual churchy lingo. We want to become a church that is real, relevant, welcoming, caring and giving. We strive to become the people that God intended us to be.
If you are looking for a church to come as you are and not have to put up with all the churchy stuff that's made you quit or not attend church before, we invite you to come and check us out.
We meet at the Rotary/Seniors Place (Part of the Caledon Wellness Ctr) in Bolton every Sunday at 10:30am.
Have Kids? We offer LifeKIDS during the Sunday services. A place where your children will enjoy games, crafts and a lesson about faith and values!
What is Vision and Core Values?
The definition of core values is: "A principle that guides an organization's internal conduct as well as it's relationship with the external world".
Vision Statement:
To help people become all that God intended them to be.
Core Values:
- A church where no perfect people are allowed. The Bible teaches that sin alienates us from God and that Christians, though righteous in God’s sight, continue to struggle with sin. In this regard we believe that the pretense of perfection is unhelpful and makes a mockery of the cross.
- A church where you are encouraged to be all you can be. Each person can be much more that what they have settled for. In every area of life our church will encourage self-improvement.
- A church that approaches opportunity with a “just do it” mentality. We recognize that life is fragile and that we should make the most of every good opportunity while we can. We are not afraid to take risks or try new things and are bold and innovative in the pursuit of our vision.
- A church that believes giving is better than getting. Every person has something of value to contribute to those in need. We believe that we are at our best when we are generous and helping others.
